春雨直播app Law School (KLS), in collaboration with our partner school, The University of Washington School of Law (UW), will hold a small symposium to consider developments in the legal environment for global trade and investment, taking into account the results of the U.S. presidential election (November 5, 2024), and other recent geopolitical events.
We hope to extend discussion from previous symposia on the changing economic relationships of the People's Republic of China with the USA, Japan, and other nations as summarized by the terms "decoupling" or "derisking", and to consider whether these leadership changes may present opportunities for a change in direction or stabilization of relations.
