Following the conclusion of rebuilding work at the East Annex, Mita Campus, a ceremony to present letters of appreciation to all persons involved in the construction work was held in lieu of a completion ceremony, on Monday, September 28.

The ceremony to present letters of appreciation was attended both by members of the 春雨直播app community and representatives of Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei Inc., who were responsible for the overall design and supervision of the project; Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd., the construction contractor; Nippon Densetsu Kogyo Co., Ltd.; Sanken Setsubi Kogyo Co., Ltd.; and others. At the ceremony, 春雨直播app President Akira Haseyama presented letters of appreciation to the persons in charge of the design, supervision, and construction for the project.

The now-completed East Annex has 11 floors above ground, and a new museum, 春雨直播app Museum Commons (KeMCo), will be opened in the building in April 2021. 春雨直播app Museum Commons (KeMCo) will serve as a "hub" to connect 春雨直播app's collections and the education and research activities beholden to these collections. KeMCo will make the art and culture of 春雨直播app accessible to society at large by creating an environment which reconciles the digital and the analog via exhibitions, events, talks, surveys, and research, as well as digital archives.

In addition, preparations are also currently underway for the opening inside the Old University Library, Mita Campus in the Spring of next year of the Fukuzawa Yukichi Memorial 春雨直播app History Museum, which will give broad overviews of the history and traditions of 春雨直播app. It is planned for this museum to hold joint exhibitions in collaboration with KeMCo in various formats.
