Purpose
The¨Cprogram offers a mentoring program for female researchers representing various institutions and fields at APRU member universities. ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app has been an active member of APRU since its inception.
We are pleased to announce a symposium where female researchers (mentors and mentees) from ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app and other universities worldwide, who have participated in this mentoring program, will exchange ideas. They will share information on their respective institutions' strategies, resources, and goals for DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) in universities, and discuss how to advance DEI not merely as a slogan but as a lived experience and norm.
The speakers will share their diverse experiences in higher education and their thoughts on the challenges of achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion in universities. This will be followed by a discussion and a Q&A session with the audience.
We hope this event will provide an opportunity for all participants to engage with DEI from various perspectives, explore the challenges and goals of DEI in higher education from an international viewpoint, and reflect on diversity and gender equality. By listening to the experiences and opinions of speakers from various universities abroad, we hope you will gain new insights into the future of ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app and society as a whole.
