In 2022, which marked the 150th anniversary of the publication of the first edition of Yukichi Fukuzawa's "Gakumon no susume (An Encouragement of Learning)," ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app launched the "Gakumon no Susume" Project.
The first installment of the project was the release of a special video dialogue titled "Gakumon no susume (An Encouragement of Learning) and Us in the Modern World," featuring ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app President Kohei Itoh and alumnus Sho Sakurai.
The second video installment is titled "Sports and 'Gakumon no susume (An Encouragement of Learning)'." It features Shuzo Matsuoka and five other athletes who are ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app alumni discussing "GRIT."
Starting Wednesday, March 15, it will be available on the special website ( Gakumon no Susume Special Website: [´ºÓêÖ±²¥app] ) and
the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app YouTube channel ().
